Nutella Strawberry Cupcakes baked with a thick swirl of Nutella right in the batter. Topped with sweet strawberry buttercream and a Nutella dipped Strawberry. I’m falling in love!

Seriously guys. Look at these cupcakes. Someone needs to make Nutella dipped strawberries the universal symbol for love. Are you with me? If the strawberry dripping with melted Nutella doesn’t catch your eye, well then you’re a weirdo. Now I’m definitely a dark chocolate fiend at heart. I can chug a bowl of chocolate ganache if the challenge presents itself, but there is just something so comforting and indulgent about Nutella that get’s me going. So to keep this post G-rated, lets talk about these Nutella Strawberry Cupcakes before I get carried away 🙂

Star Wars Tusken Raider Cookies made out of easy vanilla madeleine cookies and creamy peanut butter frosting. Cute chocolate chip eyes and a chocolate mouth make these guys a little more adorable and a lot less menacing.

By far, my favorite Star Wars characters are those viscous creatures known as the Tatooine Sand People. Some may call them creepy with their vacant eyes , weird ventilating mouth, and tubes protruding from their faces. Not to mention their crazy battle cry. Caramel Potato Chip Brownies with only six ingredients! Salted caramel drizzling down warm from the oven brownies and topped with crunchy, salty kettle cooked potato chips. Being bad never felt so good.

And…this just happened. I know what you’re thinking. Are the potato chips and that ungodly amount of thick, salted caramel necessary? Yes my friends. It’s totally necessary. So if you call yourself an American, it’s very necessary. A couple weeks ago I posted about this Skinny Deep Dish Cookie Pie. It was low-calorie, skinny, and it hit the spot. It also had an ingredient that terrified me, but then it blew my mind after that first bite. Now that February is coming, it’s time to roll out some crazy indulgent desserts. I don’t know about you guys, but every stinking time I go grocery shopping , those crazy puffy magical Lofthouse cookies mysteriously appear on the checkout belt. Does anyone else have this problem? I just smile at the cashier and say,

“Oops! My kids must have dropped them in the cart, but since you’ve already scanned them I guess I’ll keep ’em. Darn.”

“But Ma’am, they’ve been opened and there are three cookies missing.”

“What? That’s so strange. My son can’t ever wait until we get home…”

“Ma’am, you have frosting on your forehead.”

Chocolate Blackberry Cupcakes

Chocolate Blackberry Cupcakes with dark chocolate cream cheese frosting, blackberry whipped cream and topped with luscious fresh blackberries and chocolate ganache.

I feel the blackberry doesn’t get enough love. If your’e not a fan I suggest you grab a big bowl. Fill it with fresh blackberries. Melt some dark chocolate. If you stay in the “good zone”, at the end of the week you get a treat. Kids have it so good don’t they? At what other time in your life do you get rewarded for not biting someone or using potty words. And they get treats! Treats people. For being good little humans.
