Star Wars Tusken Raider Cookies made out of easy vanilla madeleine cookies and creamy peanut butter frosting. Cute chocolate chip eyes and a chocolate mouth make these guys a little more adorable and a lot less menacing.
By far, my favorite Star Wars characters are those viscous creatures known as the Tatooine Sand People. Some may call them creepy with their vacant eyes , weird ventilating mouth, and tubes protruding from their faces. Not to mention their crazy battle cry. You know, the one you heard when that jerk URoRRuR’R’R attacks Luke. That wasn’t a typo. That’s actually his name. Lucas, you wonderful strange man you.
Star Wars Wampa Cake made of rich red velvet cake, frosted with cream cheese frosting, and drenched in sweetened coconut. With fangs made of frosting and chocolate horns, he’s irresistible!
No worries Luke! This Wampa may be huge, but he doesn’t have any arms that need cutting off. Your’e safe. So go change your jedi underpants before anyone notices. Now Luke can have his revenge yet again. This time though, it’s the sweet kind.
Pineapple Dole Whip cupcakes filled with fresh pineapple curd and frosted with tart pineapple frosting. A Disney inspired tropical treat.
Have you ever had the Dole Whip Pineapple soft-serve at Disneyland or Disney World? It’s in my top ten desserts that I eat while I’m at Walt Disney World. It’s one of a kind and it’s absolutely out of this world delicious. It has a cult following it’s so amazing. You can read all about it at Disney Food Blog. They show you exactly where on Disney property you can snag the cool, refreshing pineapple dessert. Check out all their other posts while you’re there. If you’re a Disney fanatic and visit regularly, you need to follow this blog. They document nearly every restaurant and every menu item served at Disney. It’s a blog I visit regularly every week!
