Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Coffee Cake

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice or cloves

Pecan Streusal

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Pumpkin Coffee Cake

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan by lining with foil or using cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the cake and pour into the baking dish.

Pecan Streusal

  • In a medium bowl mix together the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and pecans until it resembles wet sand.
  • Sprinkle streusal over the batter and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
